See Data Modernization in Action at the American Public Health Association (APHA) Conference!

The Aztute team will be returning to the American Public Health Association (APHA) conference from November 6-9 in Boston, Massachusetts! Aztute has made leaps and bounds since announcing the availability of its new digital public health solution at last year's conference in Denver, Colorado! This year we will be showcasing how Aztute has integrated key aspects of the CDC’s Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) into its solutions-- building healthier and more resilient communities around the country.

Whether it’s for a Youth Services Initiative, Tobacco Reduction Program, Community Health Assessment, or Communicable Disease Reporting- Aztute is there to deliver a trusted digital solution. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about Aztute’s mission to modernize public health by visiting our booth (#128) at APHA!

While public health has made great progress, there is still a long way to go. The DMI is the core of a national effort to create a more modern, integrated, and live data and surveillance system. Current systems are manual and siloed, causing inefficient workflows and making data collection and associated decisions difficult. Community collaboration and connectedness are key when ensuring that public health infrastructure is in place for both infectious and/or non-infectious threats.
