Our earliest work focused on Public Health: helping organizations detect emerging signals, understand the community and environmental conditions around them, coordinate an appropriate response and communicate effectively with the people they serve.
That same foundation extended naturally into Whole Person Care, where health plans, providers and community-based organizations must coordinate clinical, behavioral and social services around an individual.
